A Japanese expression meaning "it's up to you" or "chefs choice"


The idea being that when you walk into a sushi ya, the chef will always know what's best that day. Is you are willing to trust him, than he will guide you to the best experience.


Traditional omakase is served individually, piece by piece, using the best ingredients in the restaurant.


We combine both our favorite traditional recipes as well as more modern flavors for a unique dining experience.  

Omakase is available for dine in guests, on tuesday and thursday.   2 person minimum to order full menu.
